Our Services Include:

A video on DVD starting with the outside of your home. We’ll document every room in your home or business, articulating all its contents.
Digital photographs will supplement the video. These high quality images record in greater detail all your collectibles, antiques, jewelry, furniture, etc.
Written records of all items of value including a description, serial/model and estimated replacement cost.
We’ll present your completed documentation in an attractive portfolio, including the DVD and CD containing the digital images.
Your inventory is secured off-site by us for 12 months, and at your request, we can submit a copy to your insurance company and/or Police department.
We also offer a renewal option: On the anniversary of your inventory, we'll send you an updated written report and continue to store your off-site backup for an additional 12 months.

Arriving at your home or business we will ask for a complete tour, taking time for you to point out items of special attention and higher values (collections, memorabilia, antiques)
Starting with the outside of your home (including outbuildings) we will record all rooms, basement, and garages.
Digital photographs will supplement the video. These high quality images record in gretater detail all the contents of your home.
In addition, written records will document contents of rooms including amount, make, model, & serial numbers.
Finally, your home inventory will be delivered in about 1-2 weeks in an attractive portfolio and optionally, a backup will be secured by us for your peace of mind.
